La Femme By Mestre is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to out client.

We send orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed in a week of holiday may have delays.

We do everything to get your orders on time, otherwise packages can arrive outside the given timeframe.
